How to Print and Display Them

Print it
The office files print on an ordinary A4 or A3 printer, with generous margins. For a print shop, send the print-shop file: it carries 3 mm bleed and crop marks.

Put it next to the official notice
Display posters beside your workplace's official injury notice. They are plain-English companions to it, not a replacement.
