Injured at work?

  1. Tell your employer as soon as you can.

  2. Call us. We'll book you in with a doctor.

  3. Ask the doctor for a Certificate of Capacity.

On the back: Keep this with your licence.

Doctor and physio visits are billed to the insurer on accepted claims.
