Your first step after injury is the only one you handle on your own — our Sydney team handles the rest.

Report it to your employer

Tell them as soon as possible and note down what happened. See a doctor early: the sooner the injury is documented, the stronger your claim.

Talk it through on the phone. One call books your WorkCover doctor and lines up physio or psychology, and we handle the WorkCover forms — you don't chase anyone.

Doctors who work in the scheme every day. You're assessed, the doctor completes the certificate in the room, and your claim is moving before you leave.
