Our Team
A national team behind your Canberra claim
WorkCover Hub is a free, independent helpline for injured workers. We help them see a WorkCover doctor early, start treatment and get back to work, working alongside doctors, allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers across NSW and Canberra. Here, we book you in person or by telehealth, and arrange a specialist opinion when your claim needs one.
How We Work in Canberra

In person: we book Canberra workers in with doctors and allied health face to face, and certificate appointments are always booked in person.

Telehealth: reviews, treatment and follow-up can run by video when that suits you better.

Every payer: Comcare, ACT Government claims run by EML, the national employers that self-insure under the SRC Act and run their own claims, and the private insurers under the ACT scheme.
